Privacy Policy

MIRROR is built by RMVS. This policy covers the mirrortips.com website and the upcoming MIRROR iOS application. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — it is short because we collect very little.
What we collect today (website)
- Waitlist email address — only if you submit the form. We also store when you joined, the consent version you agreed to, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (UTM), and your browser's user-agent string.
- Nothing else. No analytics SDK, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no cookies for tracking, and we do not store your IP address with your signup.
How the waitlist works
- Signups require confirmation by email (double opt-in). Until you confirm, you receive at most one email.
- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that permanently deletes your address from our list.
- We never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
What the app will collect (when it launches)
The MIRROR app is built around a principle: photos of your body are sensitive data. The app's design, already implemented in code:
- Capture photos are quality-checked on your device. Rejected photos never leave your phone.
- Location metadata (GPS/EXIF) is stripped from every photo before upload by re-encoding from raw pixels.
- Your appearance model is yours: you will be able to view, export, and permanently delete everything.
- Your photos are never used to train models without a separate, explicit opt-in.
A full app privacy policy will be published alongside the App Store listing.
Your rights
Email privacy@mirrortips.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days; waitlist unsubscribes are immediate.
Data location and security
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit, in an account dedicated solely to MIRROR.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced to confirmed waitlist members before they take effect.
